Can we approach the consumer forums for pension grievances

dear sir,
We reside in Hyderabad and we have a peculiar problem.
My MIL took voluntary retirement in july 2005.she received all the
pension after a period of 18 months. but her dept.has included in the
pension papers the APGLI loan due document by mistake and forwarded
the same to the AG office.
now the AG office has directed the pension office to deduct the amt.
from the gratuity, and they have done accordingly . and have sent the
cheque for the same amt.(Rs.24000.) to the APGLI office.
But my MIL has cleared all her dues with the APGLI and has also
received the no due certificate from the APGLI at the time of final
payment. Accordingly the APGLI has sent the cheque back to the pension
office saying that the concerned account has been closed . they have
also made it clear that the dept. has nothing to do with the APGLI
loan.
Now the dept. has sent the cheque to the AG office for clarification.
this has been going on for some 2 years and till now my MIL has not
received that amt and she has been made to visit the AG office and
pension offices often without any result.
she is an elderly lady and her health is also not suitable to make
such frequent visits.
sir, please go through the above details and suggest what course of
action to be taken. can we get relief if we approach the consumer
forum of hyderabad. please help.

Respected Sir,
I have purchased an Brand New Cooler make of BAJAJ DC 2012 MOdel from an dealer .
That was not at all functionnign right from the day one. I have paid almost 7500/- Total Amount
I have purchased that on 24.03.2011,
Given an compliant on 25.03.2011,
Service provider came and told that due to loose fitting this problem got arised .
The same after one hour the same it went to existing position
and again i have given a complaint on 26.03.2011.
The same told and went away.
I have very pain ful that with in two days i am facing the problem with an esteemed brand owner M/s.Bajaj Electricals Limited.

Kindly advice to reach and get an advantage to my money where i have invested .
