    Please let me know -

    Can a party issue an amendment to the purchase order even after receipt of the
    material against that purchase order and changing the rates of the material?

    A purchase order is an agreement between two or more parties based on written
    offer by one party and its acceptance by the other party.This may also be termed
    '' contract''.In all fairness to the contract,change of rates can not be
    changed.
