Complaint against employer Dear sir
I am Manoj Solanki worked with Mewar Hi-Tech Engg. Ltd. Udaipur, Rajasthan from 20th Oct. 2009-30th April 2010 on the that I will get Rs. 7000/- P.M. with accomondation s and then after complition of two months I will get
15000/-but after two months they decided to give me Rs.12000/- with previous condition I acceted that
condition also but that was not in written even I dont have any Appointment Letter wef 1st January 2010 but
I could only get 7000/- after that also when I ask them they told me that I will get it as Arrear but on 25th April 2010
one of my friend who was also working there but in Marketing Department caught in a scandle and for that
they come to our Guest House and search all the rooms in our absence then they come with me then again
check the rooms
and they find the Documents and certificate of my freind,at that time he was not present their so I called him
and told him that they are taking your Documents, the MD of Company thought that I am also involve in that
scandle also but even I didnot know about that then they ask me to leave the room without any notice as
well as the job also and when I ask to them about my arrear of Rs. 20000/- they dinyto pay me and say we
will not pay do whatever you can.I also want to tell you that they also do like this to other employees also.
Please suggest me what can we do now.

increment is not given by employer I am nirmal kumar worked with Jagriti(a ladies wing of tata-steel growth shop), gamharia, jamshedpur from
15th nov 2009-to continue that I will get Rs. 6000/- P.M. without any facility and then employer is commitment to me that after three months they will give me increment and other allowances, but after three months they say to me
that increment will be given to you after 12 months. but that was not in written even I dont have any Appointment Letter wef 15th november. please help me.

I am responsible for managing the payroll as well as Accounts for the Trust. I am also responsible for complying all the statutory requirements related to workforce and have developed good relationship with all the related Govt. officials.In Jagriti pf, esi and bonus facility is already giving to supervisor and labors, but only me employer is not giving any facility .please help me.[/QUOTE]

My name is Arvind Kumar and I was employed of Hkdigital online for period of 22th Nov2010. to 31th Aug. 2011. and gave them resignation letter with notice period and I don't know why they did't transfer the salary of Aug. 2011. HI
My Name is Prashant kumar. I was working with H K Digital Online from 2007 to 2010. I was surprised to see this listing against my old company. I had given them resignation letter with notice period and I got Proper relieving letter and got proper working moth salary. And my boss (Mr. Hasdeep Singh Kohli) is a Very Nice and honorable person.!!! And my Past Company H K Digital Online – An Initiative of Iknoor Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a Good and Stable Company and it’s Running 10 years Old. I believe this case as mentioned by Mr. Arvind is an isolated case. What I feel he wouldn’t have given proper notice to the company or any of his action that was against the company’s policy.

Termination of Service without Proper Reason To Whomsoever It may Concern,
My Name is Liyaqat U Shaikh, I have been working with the MNC (Diamond Management & Technology Consultants Pvt Ltd) for last 4 years & 7 month.
Diamond Mgmt & Tech consult LLP was accquired By PwC LLP in US on 2nd October 2010.
In india the fully owned branch of Diamond mgmt & technology Consultant was merged with PwC LLP as a fully own Subsidy.
Support Staff was given 6 months Extension till 30th May 2011, only after their perfomance they will be reinisiated as the permanent employees. which PwC confirmed in the letter given to all support staff including me. I was working with DMTC as IT manager since 1-11-2007. Every thing went as per what was stated on paper.
But on 27th June 2012 I was told that After reviewing my performance for last 18 Months they feel that i am not the perfect fit for this organization 7 hence 27-06-2012 is my last working day in the firm & will be given 1 month salary as that will be my notice period to shoe this all as proper resigation process.
But they fail to provide any concreate reson on my performance issue when i asked them.
This termination decision was only driven due some personal reson with 1 of the local director in mi=umbai office who was not having any good professional relationship with me & our Global HR Carrie Leviene accelerated the process & is equally responsilble for this.
My Coach Justin Jandritz whom i was reporting too in US never gave me any feedback about my performance or never reported any issue with my skillset.

Fraud Company not give the settlement to Employees Hi,
I have joined Almoe digital solutions (P) Ltd., Delhi office (North region) through Bangalore (Head office) as a Sr. Accountant in the month of June 2012.
But due to some family problem i have resigned from the job on 12th July 2012.
The company had give me the salary for the m/o June 2012 on 05th July 2012 but when i had ask for the settlement than they are not replied, after so much reminder the FINANCE MANAGER - Mr. Sanjeev Devnani told that "i hv off my mind, if i think they will give me settlement."
When i was in the company than 2 to 3 previous employee also said this thing, that the company has done the fraud with the employees. They have not give the settlement to the employees on time.
The consultant who has interviewed me in this company, he is also ask for his consultancy money from me.
Sir, please suggest me what can i do in this situation? and please help me in getting my settlement from the company.

Fraud Company not give the settlement to Employees Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Premankur goel. I was working with M/s Almoe Digital Solutions India (P) Ltd. from June 2012 to July 2012 as a Sr. Accountant. I have appointed in 409, Arunanchal Building, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi (North Region office) through online interview by Mr. Sanjeev Devnani from Bangalore (Head Office).
I got the salary on 05th July 2012 for june month but due to some personnel problems i had resigned from the company on 12th July 2012 through email. My last working day was 06th July 2012. Now when i asked for the settlement than nobody replies me. After so many calls/ sms and 2nd mail reminder for the Settlement amount Mr. Sanjeev Devnani (Finance Manager) send the reply to other people in the company (Mr Manish - RM north and Krish - CMM) and said in the mail about me that "He is off his mind, if he think that we give him the settlement".
Today i had sent a SMS to Ms. Nasreen (HR-Manager) in the morning than she forward me that mail. i am shocked to see that mail and send a mail to Mr. Sanjeev with the asking for the settlement and a request that not to use these type of words. After that mail i send a SMS and a mail again to him. but he is not replied till that time.
Sir, i heard the same type of thing from some previous employees of the company after joining, they were also crying for the settlement but the company has not done it.
Sir, you are requested to please take the action agst this fraud company and these type of persons, and help us in getting the settlement.

Below is the complaint i have placed against my seniors who forced me to resigned to the top management of ICICI Bank including Mrs Chanda Kochhar but no action has been taken.

My complaint that i lodged was--------
Dear Madam
30th june was my last working day with ICICI Bank as a Junior Officer in sales at KHURJA Branch since January 2012, Madam I thought in ICICI Bank front sales peoples are treating like a slaves by there
seniors whether they are BM, CBM and ER Managers,
Madam I have joined ICICI bank in April 2005 as a Marketing
executive ( Off roll employee), I confirmed as a Junior officer ( on roll
employee) in july 2010, Although in HR mail I was selected for Aligarh Marris road Branch but my CBM asked me to join Hathras and for the sake of cluster requirement I joined Hathras, but when Mr Pankaj Soin ( Present CBM of Aligarh Cluster) joined Aligarh cluster I met him to get me transferred to Aligarh due to my Family problem as my sister and brother both was suffering from Tuberculosis and also my mother is a cardiac patient, he promised me to get me transferred and he wont do so,I also had a word with Mr Abhishek Mishra( ER Manager Based at Dehradun) he told me that seniors usually do such false commitment, he also told that transfer wont be possible and in December2011 I got a mail from ER Manager that I was transferred to Khurja, after getting mail from ER Manager I
did a call to him and asked him not to do so but he told it’s a CBM initiative
its better for you either go and join Khurja or else you will be terminated
Madam, in khurja my BM usually scolded and abused me and
most of the time he asked Guard also not to make me entered in the Branch and always asked me to resign as he told that MR PANKAJ SOIN ( CBM) want that you should leave the organisation otherwise you will be terminated when i put my resignation on 25th may 2012(under there pressure) as per the instruction of Mr PANKAJ SOIN my last working day was fixed by my ER MANAGER ( ABHISHEK MISHRA), when i talked to ABANEESH TRIVEDI( HR AGM)my last working day became 30thjune 2012.Madam as per the HR policy HR has to pay salary of 3 months if they relieve before 90days, madam request you to intervene and also request you to direct HR to pay money of rest 53 days as i want to serve organisation for the full notice period.
Madam There are Few questions that are coming in my mind
regarding the working culture specially in Aligarh cluster are as follows-
In Aligarh Cluster SEVEN employee were Forced to resigned since the joining of Mr Pankaj Soin ( CBM) as Mr Pankaj was always threat to downgrade there rating and he did so, he put so much of mental pressure that few people were became a Hypertensive patients, he never ever visited to any customer but always claim Local conveyance for the same , you can get it confirmed. He Behave like he is a CEO of ICICI Bank and we people are Slave. I think this should not be a working culture it’s a slavery culture and unfortunately there seniors and ER Manager always support him. Name of people who resigned due to Mr pankaj soin

1)Although we were Professionals but madam professionalism does not mean that you always talk about business and if somebody is dyeing you do not have any concern for it, Often when people asked for a leave due to some family problem Mr Pankaj scold for that and deny straight forward.
2)Our BM usually do a partiality with me he pass Local conveyance of those JOs who sourced 3 Accounts in a month inspite of my sourcing of 8 accounts it was not approved. Why there is a partiality?
3)Why so much high pressure for LIFE INSURANCE inspite we are working for a bank where our focus should be on CASA, which was happened last year, where on 29th march 2011 our CBM was asked for Life insurance inspite of CASA closing,
4) Why HR has recruited such demoted employee of other bank inspite other banks are not doing so? As Mr Pankaj Soin was demoted from Branch Manager to Verifier in Axis Bank at Bulandshahar and he was recruited as CM1 in ICICI Bank, main reason of his demotion was 11 people were resigned due
to him, if this can happen there why not fair and transparent enquiry should be conducted in our cluster as most of the time enquiry has been done by Mr Abhishek Mishra ( ER Manager Dehradun) but nothing was happened due to unknown reason might be due to CBM and RH support?
5) Why early relieving to me inspite I want serving for three months ? Madam I was pressurized to resign after my rating by my BM, CBM
and ER Manager as they told if you wont resign you will be terminated when I put my resignation on 25th may 2012 I was relieved on 30th june
2012, is that justice as I do not have any job ?
6) Madam my most important Question Is rating done on the basis of BSC or on the basis of our laisoning with our superiors?
Madam inspite of my higher BSC in comparison with other JOs of Aligarh cluster I got 4 rating. One of the JOs Kumari Jyoti of Aligarh Gandhi park (0327) was on leave since November 2011 and she has joined in april 2012. she got 1 rating.Why is it so?
7)Madam is time punctuality is only for the lower level people not for BM and CBM? In our cluster BM and CBM usually come at 11pm but if somebody got late due to some problem they asked not to come and go home and moreover my BM on every Saturday leave Branch at 12 pm inspite of branch closer time of 2 pm , why is it so?
8) Madam in Khurja branch new Airconditioned was installed and scrap of old Airconditioned was sold to one of our branch customer Suleman Yameen of rs 18500, and amount has been distributed between CBM and BM .IS this can be happened?
9)Madam in Khurja branch genset was caesed on the instructions of Branch manager . why is it so?
10) Madam inspite mail of Mr T K Srirang such unjustice is happening in the system by Mr pankaj soin( CBM ), Mr Ashwani Sharma(BM) and Mr Abhishek Mishra( ER Manager) why?
Madam, in the end I Request you to conduct a fair and transparent inquiry by the trustworthy peoples as it can help rest people to work in a healthy environment and also request you to let it be a bank instead of life insurance company as in todays scenario every customer is valued only on there Life insurance business given by him not on the basis of there CASA business even among the staff if somebody did Life insurance policy
of one customer then that customer would be served by that employee only others were not entertain that customer even they asked to get it done through that people to whom you give policy. Madam request you to not to go for enquiry through Mr Abhishek Mishra ( ER Manager) as I thought he would do whatever asked by either Mr pankaj soin or his senior to do so

Dear sir,
I joined a government company recently on contract basis for three years, in the notification in employment news they have specified the salary as 22000 /- 1st year, 26000/- 2nd year, 32000/- 3rd year. But in the offer letter which they have given while joining " They did not specified any thing about the salary". Can i trust the statement specified in the notification.

mobile repair i have submitted my mobile handset to nokia care as it was having a problem of charging on 13/august 2012.on 29 they called me to pick the handset as it was ready.when i went their the problem was not even checked in the handset. now they saidthat we need more 10 days as it was not checked. now it had been the 5 time they use to take the mobile for 15 days but never solve the problem. please help me. my handset is in warrenty and they are not repairing the handset properly and due to this maximum time i have to give it to them and they keep it for more than 15 to 20 days.in 1year this is the 4th time.

sumitsu apparels Think twice before joining this company, as this company - lino perros, do all fraud hr practices to lure you at the beginning but later just exploit the person.
Also the owners are biggest liars alive on the earth, don't take anything seriously wat they speak.
Have already cheated a dozen of employees earlier.
