entries with no response in forums

dear administrator,

I have joined your forum recently. your team deserve a big applause for whatever you are doing promoting the consumer grievances.

However,i have noticed many queries/complaints including that of mine remains unattended for many days.

Is it due to lack of man power at your end or lack of expertise among forum members?

I am noticing that many people viewing the complaints,but practically few responses are coming for the same?

How about forming an expert panel among forum members and finding a solution.
