"I am K.V.ramkumar, working in a mrf TVT Plant as a Supervisor Production.I Have resigned on 29-10-2009 and requesting relieving order before 15-11-2009.Due to Severe back pain and not able to concentrate operation current setup job profile. I have 13 days Privilage Leave.So as per resignation Policy, i requested to Surrender My PL and releive at earliest.but they did not relieve me and not giving PL as my request.I need Relieving Order.So that i am waiting patiently with pain.If releiving order not given , What can i do, As per policy one month ( 31 Days ) will be completed in 28 th Nov 2009.If u delayed further i will loss mu future assignment."

Notice period - One month

Recovery - " Where a person has not given any notice or the notice given is less then the required period , the privillege leave due to him may be adjusted against such notice falling short "
