complaint against Tata docomo respected sir
i have to complaint against Tata docomo for deducting my balance from my no. 8950823292 & when i called to customer care they didn't reply me properly and don't reply to my calls.
so i request you solved problem as soon as possible .

deduction of balance from my account Dear sir/madam,
This is not the first time this has happened, my balance just gets deducted, I have been using Tata Docomo for past 3years . . A few days back Rs.99 Got deducted, the representative said that a caller tune has been activated so the balance has been deducted., when i insisted that i have not activated the same, he said sorry sir ur money will be refunded, when i called back there was someone else who picked the call , he was very rude. . Again my balance has been deducted rs. 60. . I dont know for what? It is quite harassing. . I dono for what do i have to loose Rs. 160 /- . It has happened to me a year back also but in between it was fine. . But i now feel i should port my number, but not without bringing this to your notice. .

COMPLAINT -against tata docoma call divert active(voice call only) in"IF UNREACHEABLE" condition .
many time told to customer care.
they give three type of deactvate code.but can't deactivate call divert.
mobile also changed to check, if it is mobile problem or not.but the problem remain unchanged.
I think it may be the "SIM" setting.
already registered complaind in tata docoma website.
take steps against tatadocomoa for activating call divertwithout my permission

Hello,
My name is U.Mithun Chakravarthi, Tata Docomo No. 9225519597, A/C No. 977371301. On Jan 28th, 2012 i requested to cancel my connection. On Feb 1, 2012 i received a call from Tata Docomo call center and gave this Reference No. 295988527 and said that my connection was cancelled. My last bill was paid on Jan 28, 2012. After 2 month i received a call from call center about payment of bill. I told them that i already cancelled my connection on Jan 28, 2012 and Feb 1, 2012 i received Reference No. 295988527. Later my call was transferred to Raju in Shivaj Nagar Tata Docomo Office. I explained the whole story and gave this Reference No. 295988527. He checked in the system and said i have to pay Dec 2011 to Jan 2012 at Florance Communication, Viman Nagar Tatadocom office and on May 2, 2012 at 18:14 with receipt No. 42629045 i paid Rs 496/- by cash. Again yesterday one recovery person called Sandesh Moblie No. 9767103240 came to my door regarding bill payment. I explained the whole story to him and gave him Reference No. 295988527. He told me to visit Florance Communication, Viman Nagar Tatadocom office and talk to them about this. Last evening itself i went to Florance Communication, Viman Nagar Tatadocom office and explained my story to them. and they gave this mail id to send a mail requesting to waver my remaining amount as early as possible.
My experience for past 2 months i felt really bad that there is NO proper information provided from call canter regarding whom we have to contact to discuss the problem. In fact my experience with Tata Docomo Call center is pathetic and miserable.I kindly request you to look into my problem and waver the bill amount.
Now i received a mail on 8 Sept 2012 to appear before Lok Adalat on 16th September 2012 at 10.30 am, before Civil and Criminal Court, Shivajinagar, Pune- 411005.
This is totally unfair from Tata Docomo to mint from innocent customer. There is no problem co-ordination with the staff as well as management.
So i request you solve my problem as early as possible.

Pradeep 8446602136_TATA online recharge not done. Hello,
I am following up with TATA docomo from last one month, no support from them. Worst support, dont ever use the DOCOMO.
even in this complaint box this is my second complaint, no proper responce.
ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER, Again one more time problem repeated by DOCOMO.
MY FIRST RECHARGE WAS ON 13.08.2012

This time also credit card amount is debited and recharge is not done.\

8087444537 number is not converting in postpaid myself adinath barve from from pune , my docomo number is 8087444537. im converting this number in prepaid to postpaid..i hav submitted all the documents in store nd paid all the payments...they told me your connection will be start in next 3 days ...i hav submitted all the docs on 30 aug 2012.. and still my number is not converted in postpaid ...i have complained on listen@tatadocomo.com....they replied me 2 times and now they are not replying me...i am sick off all this shit.and now i dnt want this docomo card ...pls disconnect my card and return my money as soon as possible..

Disconnected with out Intimation Dear sir ,
Today i really realized difference between private service providers and public service providers .As i Came to Karnataka i purchased Tata Docomo Sim with Life Time validity on 02/02/2010 and from that date i was using the docomo even many other service providers gave more options including number portability.but i sticked on to the Docomo.From last 4 months i had not re -charged my docomo Number suddenly with out any intimation or any call regarding disconnection they disconnected my number on 11/09/2012 .When i contacted Customer care they informed that they disconnected my number becoz of not using the sim .Even though till 10/09/2012 11.00 pm i was using docomo as i recvd incoming call .Really sir u People wont Mind Loyalty to your subscribers.You People Just want to make Money by just bluffing people saying that Life Time Validity.You wont mind about the customer becoz i was your customer from past 2 and half year but u wont think of it before disconnecting and you people disconnect the service as you wish without any concern with the subscriber Docomo people will think they are Boss and all their subscribers should accept what ever they will Do .Just see Public service Provider how much they are loyal to their subscribers.You people Wont deserve any credit .Kindly help me to get back my number .My number 8050483903.

fraud Dear sir, yesterday I got a message from docomo that for 350 rupees recharge I will get
200 mb data and 700 std and local minutes.but I have not got these things.I am pissed off of tata docomo they do not reply properly.
