National consumer forum's new guidelines on redress mechanism- E- Forum of The Consum

Dear Sir, The woes of Consumer Litigants in India can be mitigated not by changing the height of dias, dress of judges comprising the Bench of Consumer Court or such other cosmetic reforms in the redressal system for consumer grievances, but by reducing the period taken by the consumer courts in disposing of such consumer disputes. There are hundreds of cases pending for disposal in Delhi State Commission for Consumer Grievances Redressal for the last 9 to 10 years. Kindly therefore the National Commission or the Ministry for Consumer Affairs instead of merely celebrating the Consumer Year or Week , should find out ways and means for quick disposal of consumer disputes.

i live in D-block new ashok nagar delhi 110096.i have been facing network fault in this area from last month.i have regesterd my complain with coustmer care but their response were very discouraging,they are there only for a formality and dont know anything in this regard.due to network problem i am not able to access internet at a normal speed.the tower sign used to change in 'E' word but now it dont change in it instead it change only in
two parallel lines and if i go in another covrage area than it changes in 'E'.pls sought out this problem and appoint knowledgeble consumer executives in your coustmer care centre.

Respected Sir / Madam ,

I would like you to take this under consideration because as now I am feeling frustrated & dissatisfied . I would like to inform you that I bought one 32 LG LCD television of you company but I am totally dissatisfied , I logged a complaint on 14^th Sep’12 that my television is not working properly . Then one of your engineer came to my house to check the television on 15^th Sep’12 but nothing happened after that number of different engineers came to check but still nothing
happened . Then one of your engineer decided to take the television along with to them to the service centre still nothing happened after that I got my television repaired from your Advance solution service center after 25 to 27 days & I was promised or a commitment that the television will work properly . But unfortunately it did not work as the same problem arrived again after coming from the service centre that too after 25 to 30 days .
Now I want the television to be replaced with a new one or else I want will forced to take legal actions against you guys . I would to request you to personally take this matter seriously & replaced this piece of shit as soon as possible as I am totally dissatisfied with your products & service & I would never ever recommend LG products to any of my friends & relatives .
