I am Maulik shah, had opened demat trading account (7 accounts) with kotak securities, Hyderabad. At the time of account opening, kotak representative had promised with lo of things like free account opening, good account maintenance service and daily stock updates. But since one year now, i did not get any king of services from kotak representatives(Mr. Mohit and Mr. Anshuman Sathapathy) and upon that they charged me for account opening and other unnecessary charges. And service was so bad that till date I did not receive at-least one account statements in whole one year. I had reminded them so many times, but all in vain. I was so fed-up with them that I had to close all my accounts and to pay almost 1500 Rs in each account as charges.
Kindly please let me know, if I can take any action on this. I really want to teach them a lesson.
