I have applied for 2625 equity shares of NHPC Ltd. In the name of Narender Kumar Goyal, Vide Application No. 52154053, along with Cheque No. 680625, Dated 11-08-09 of Rs. 94500/- drawn on Punjab National Bank, Bawani Khera, Payble at all CBS branches. In this application it appears that wrong Demat A/c no. was mentioned. I have observed through online application status that you have credit the entered proceeds of Rs. 94500/- in a/c no. 00031600000391 with HDFC bank through NEFT. This A/c does not belong to me there for you are requested to look in to the meter and refund the said proceeds as well as eligible shares to me as early as possible at address mentioned in the said application. My correct demat A/c no. is 10006514 with Pelf Finstock Ltd. DP ID of Pelf Finstock Ltd. Is IN-302943.

When Information mentioned in the application form and information of Demat A/c No. in which amount has been been credited is different then how the particular amount can be credited into that particular bank account.

I have already sent two mails to the related parties (KARVY and NHPC) but i have not receive any reply till now.

Please do the needful on most urgent basis.
