I also opened DEMAT & Trading account with Indiabulls Securites Ltd. in year 2006 on assurance given by Indiabulls representative that these accounts are lifetime free account and one time charge of Rs. 900 is payable at the time of opening of account. This scheme is widely publicised by Indiabulls through various media. All things was going well till 31.03.2012. However on 04.04.2012 they have charged maintainance charges of Rs. 450/- in my account without any prior notice (oral or written).
Now I am taking action against Indiabulls securities Ltd because it is sheer violation of terms and conditions set by Indiabulls Securities Ltd at the time of account opening.

Dear friends,

I am also facing same issue, without any prior information they deducted from my account which is painful.

I send the email but received no reply from by RM representative and Indiabulls help desk.

I don’t know what to do, should I close my account and switch over to any other brokerage firm. Kindly suggest!

Guys I am dealing with the same mess with Indiabulls. You guys at least learned about the levied charges early. In my case, I just received the bill yesterday, and my due date to pay-off is tomorrow!!! Spoke with the RM and helpdesk today morning, but as expected, received no help. I have already filed a complain with SEBI.
