Hi,
I had opened a demat account with Ventura in august 2011 and paid them a advance brokerage amounted to rs3500,
due to some financial losses i was not in a position to book a single trade and the same condition will continue for next few months. When i told them that i am not in a position to trade and request them to close my demat account and repay my advance brokerage they says that repaying the advance brokerage is not possible as it is not in their policy.
Please suggest what should i do now
