Due to your misconduct or unfair business earning tactics ,
i lost my earnest life saving money apprx 30-35 lacs for the
period 2006-2011. I requesting through you for a investigate properly by SEBI
and return back my lose money 50% which i have lost
due to your bad practice of earning from customer by provide margin money and sqare my pool stock & interest charged @ 25 % pa . My a/c
code : VPN16 & VPS59.

I hope SEBI can give me proper justice against your bad
businee policy .

AS I AM DOING BUSINESS WITH SINCE LONG TIME & LOST MY ALL EARNEST LIFE SAVING MONEY THRU YOUR BROKER HOUSE. AS PER INSTRUCTION OF YOU IN THE MONTH OF FEB OR MARCH ‘11 I SOLD MY ALL HOLDING WHICHEVER IS BALANCE QTY SHARE &.FURTHER DECIDED THAT IN FUTURE I WILL NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH YOU BUT YOUR STAFF DOING BUSINESS ON MY BEHALF WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

NOW SUDDENLY YOUR STAFF DEMANDING RS.1.2 LACS FOR PAYMENT ON DT 14.05.11 BUT I REALLY SURPRISED HOW FIGURE CAME WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE & I AM NOT IN A POSITION TO PAY A SINGLE AMOUNT & I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT TYPE OF TRANSACTION.

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CLOSE MY DMAT A/C AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

I have already earlier cleared also that there is no due to you whatever you are saying. whatever you have done by you for your earning without my knowledge . Due to unfair trade practice of you i have lost approxed 35 lacs . i am now approching higher authorities for action against you and documents already submitted to mumbai office for closure of DMAT A/C., It is upto your mumbai office responce to close my a/c and demanding upto 50% refund as a compensession which done by you as unfair trade practice otherwise wait for secuences result for that.i have not bypass any call or sms.
