The problem i face with reliance money is same with so many traders. As per the limit card charges they deduct amount of Rs. 2500/-. That is fyn. But Why they make new rules of Rs. 15 per transaction??? Ok... if they wan to make new rules, can't they have responsibility to inform all customers before the valid date regarding their charges. They start charging from 20th july
Rs. 15 per transaction for limit card users but inform on 23rd july through pop up start menu which reflects from 23rd not from 20th July. So in these three days so many customers loose so much money in brokerage. I read complaints against reliance money in net. I found more peoples have same problem. You know, i have lost near about 25k in three days in brokerage only coz i dont know that even i place order for 1 share for 0.10 paisa profit they will charge 30 Rs for this transaction. means I lost 29.9 rs. which is unbelievable and that is happened only because they did not inform there new rules. Is it under SEBI rules or any other rules that to charge with customers without any prior notice. Don't you think its a fraud. They make crores of money in 3 days only from innocent customers. And the main point is this that still there is no action taken against them. Even not reply my mails and phones they are not attending. I am thinking nobody taking action against reliancemoney because it belongs to big rich peoples of india (ADAG) that why SEBI or Customer grievance taking no action against this. Just think that it comes in justice or any rules which they had done? If yes, then please tel me the proper genuine reason that they are not wrong. They have right to do anything like this. Then i swear not say a single word about this which they had done. See, i am not so rich but i loose very hard earned money through their unnecessary changes in brokerage charges. I request you to take action and to all peoples withdraw all money from reliancemoney and close this brokerage house if they dont return money which charged on these three days without notice. I am placing here my complaint against reliancemoney because I have little hope that you peoples can help me to get my money back which they had taken by cheating. Yaa... its cheating coz if something you wan to change you hav to inform before. What is this? that they had deducted first and then informing us. Everybody knows that if they charge Rs. 15/- per transaction then nobody will trade in small quantities. Its logically and understood for everybody. But this happened coz they did not inform and hiding this new rule. I hope you peoples sure help all investors from reliancemoney scam from 20th july to 23rd july (2009).
