Hi

this is satheesh chandra, Last week i opened demat trading account with one
company. As i already my friends are using the same company i didnt enquiri
much and i asked the representative to open the account. and i gave check of
2000 rupees. when the account opened the amount is not credited in my
trading account. when i ask the same he is telling it is prepaid account,
and i am not at all aware of that.

And i told the same to that person. initially that guy told we will try to
switch to normal account, later he is telling "I explained everything, we
cant do anything now". Please suggest me how to proceed.
