Dear Sir/Madam,

I have opened a demat account in Trustline Securities Ltd. in Nov,2011.

I have given a cheque of Rs. 100000/- at the time of opening . But they have invested my money in some schemes without my knowledge and showed me the loss of Rs. 95000/-. Please help me to recover my money and guide me for further steps.

Other concerns are as follows :-

> First of all , there has been no guidance , direction or sure kind of tips / market direction on the basis of which investment can be planned. This was the first intent to get associated with Trust line.

> Secondly , what ever profit transaction done by me has got nullified and also converted to loss by the person handling the account by doing the transaction of its own and with no intimation what so ever to the client.

> Thirdly , there were many instances where loss booked could have been minimized or managed properly but to high pressure from RM / Dealer the transactions were compelled to be booked in loss under pressure , though it should have been vice-versa..

> The account has been handled mostly by RM where huge turnover without any material margin has happened resulting in loss / brokerage booking.

> I have complained to RM to give me access to some senior staff to address the above issues but he has refrained and assured of best of services and conversion of account of loss to profit.

> Last week , my balance was reduced from one lacs to mere 35k and again i asked him to close my account and allow me to have word with senior team member but again he assured and asked one week time to recover the amount and also assured the amount will not get below 35k . I did not had any chat with him for 3 days and when i enquired the balance yesterday it was reduced to 16k only.

> Though i had recd confirmation call for transaction done and said "yes " only on the trust of RM to use my account judicially to recover the amount.

Though the whole intent to associate with ur firm was totally defeated and it was the most worthless move by me to do so. I have lost my 95k amount due to either negligence or unprofessional approach.
In the above scenario , would request to drill down the whole case or there will be many client like me , who will loose there hard earned money.
