is sorry to state that they have debited my account with Rs.1000 without any prior
information. We have complaint them regarding above debited balance from dated
16/06/09 and onward but they have not replied to us on this regard. We seek your
help so that we may get the justice and they may not be dishonest to us in future.

I had a recent bitter experience with Reliance Money. Everyone beware that they are charging huge hidden charges behind. THEY ARE NOT OFFERING LOW BROKERAGE. All is fictious and in background they charge heavily.

I have lost 6500 INR recently by their automatic deduction of Limit card charges, which normally should have been Bimonthly 1000 card. But they deducted 500+500+500+500+500+500+500+500+500+500+500+500+50 0+500 in the same day with PR500. What a new way of cheating.

Top of this when i tried their Nugambakkam branch, they are not answering the phone and snapping the phone suddenly, when you ask their name. They direct you to bombay office, and gain bombay office send you back to chennai office.

Ideally they should not let the client to trade when there is no limits available for him/her. But reliance money conveniently allows client to trade and then charges heavily. (I have seen in this site some of them lost 25000 INR like this way)

These people have to be given a lesson and complained with SEBI. Please all of you who have lost money raise a complaint with SEBI quoting your details, since all their branches are stopping us to contact the head office. Some big time fraud is happening.

Hi all

Its really true that one time reliance oney was cheapest plateform for share trading but at present its prooving most expensive. Apart from 15 rs per trading they all imposing so many charges. Further they deduct back log amount of validity card at a time while you tarded in past or not. Its totally unjustice.

I've recently opened a demat account with reliance money. A welcome kit containing
the userid password & a security token was sent to me via a Bluedart courier.

However, the packet was missing the security token (A devise that has numbers
changing every few seconds, and these numbers are required at the time of login).
I've lodged a complaint with Blue Dart.

I've sent email to Reliance Money Customer Care, as they don't pick calls asking
them to disable my account, so that no unfair trading can be done on my account.

They dont seem to respond to emails either.

Can you advise what action I can take?

Two months back I have applied for Reliance broadband,They took the installation charges but no one turned up to make a connection but now i have receive bill to pay, I have called the customer care ppl for more than 5 times and they come up with standard message forwarding the case to concerned department( I am not sure this is the escapism with out rising the case) but till now no action is taken and nobody callmed up to discuss about the status. Even the deducted amount has been not reversed.
Please take the necessary action against the Reliance Broadband services .

I am having a/c with R money , and lost my thousand of money. They are running Lala ki Dukan. For every transaction they deduct many charges .
01- R Money DPC Charges - Even For AMC charges they are charging 21 % Monthly compound from day one.
02- Charges - If you you see the additional limit in your a/c this is the amount in which they would charged 21 %.
