We have applied for shares in DLF IPO in the names of Shri Kanahya Lal Rochwani, Smt. Kamla Rochwani, Shri Sunil Sajnani and Shri Sunil @ 'cut off price" vide bid-cum-application No 2670536, 2670534, 2670539 & 2670537 for 180, 180, 170 & 170 shares respectively on 13.6.2007 and the same was deposited to M/s. RR Equity Brokers Pvt. Ltd. Email id rrinvestor@rrfcl.com well on time and duly stamped by them. Not even a single share is allotted in any of the above named account. I send the fax to M/s. DLF and M/s. Karvy Computershares Pvt. Ltd on 26.7.2007 for non allotment of shares though the issue was not 100% subscribed. Further I send a letter on 13.8.2007 to M/s. Karvy Computershares Pvt. Ltd for non allotment of shares. In their reply vide letter No R/DLF2/STAT/41928/2053 to 2156 dt 20.8.2007 stated that the "bid was not registered by the syndicate member, as such the application could not be considered for allotment. You may kindly get in touch the syndicate member (i.e M/s. RR Equity Brokers Pvt. Ltd ) and get the needful done." Correspondence in this regard has already been made to M/s. RR Equity Brokers Pvt. Ltd.. vide letter dt 18.10.2007, 22.10.2007 and reminders dt 5.11.2007 and 16.11.2007 which does not yield any result. An email in this regard send to SEBI on 21.10.2007 to look into the matter and do the needful. Further a letter alongwith all the correspondence made with M/s. Karvy Computershares Pvt. Ltd and M/s. RR Equity Brokers Pvt. Ltd sent on 8.11.2007 to SEBI to get the needful done. In response to that I have received a letter from SEBI Ack. No : 200711/0251806/01.D0101/01A dt 14.11.2007 in which you they have stated that "we have taken up your complaint with the above mentioned company and have advised them to write to your directly under advice to us." . In pursuance to my letter to m/s, Karvy Computershares Pvt. Ltd, I received replyr from them vide letter No R/DLF/ SEBI/251806/07/0/09 stating that the "

Required Relief Applied for 180,180,170 & 170 shares respectively. The issue was under subsribed and numbers of shares 100% alloted to all the eligible applicant. If the same was alloted to us (which was not alloted to us due to negligence of M/s. RR Equity Brokers Pvy. Ltd.)it can be selled at Rs. 1225 on 15.1.2008. The claim if selling price minus issue price into numbers of shares i.e. Rs. 1225-550*700 = Rs. 4,72,500 plus upto date interest.
