Hello,

I purchased an option contract of IBREALEST (Indiabulls Real Estate Limited) of strike price 140 on 19th Apr 2011 through Sharekhan. When I placed the order the system was showing expiry date as 28th Apr 2011 and the contract note also shows expiry date as 28th April 2011.

But on 20th Apr 2011 Sharekhan has square off my position with 0.00 price. When I asked the question Sharekhan replied me with a circular provided by NSE for early closer of all contract.

But below mentioned are some points which I would like to highlight for my complaint against Sharekhan

1. Sharekhan system was not updated after receiving the circular from NSE on 13th Apr 2011 for IBREALEST expiry date

2. Sharekhan has generated a wrong contract note with expiry date as 28th Apr 2011.

3. Sharekhan has not informed me by any medium about the change is expiry date for IBREALEST.

When I reported this issue to Sharekhan, they accepted all 3 points mentioned above but not ready to give my money back.

Because of Sharekhan mistake and wrong contract note, I lost all my money. Request you to please look into this matter and help me in getting all my money back (Invested amount + charges deducted for tax and brokerage).

I have the copy of contract note and order placed screen shot of the Sharekhan system. If you required the same please let me know how i can send the same as there is provision here to attach the files.
