I was appointed as Assistant Manager by *** Company, Many time I had asked about Salary, But they didn't replied to my mail and not receiving my Call, At last I had clearly told them that I am going to take Legal Action & take the Help of media than also Company taking that thing easily because Owner is Head in Congress party and He is Using his political power, till now I didn't done any Legal procedure I just told them but Now I am Confuse that will I get My salary or not, I spent Money to do work of company & also given business to them.

I want to go for legal action but I don't know how to proceed for that. I don't know legal procedure for that please help me for that.

can I rise this issue in Media ?
