Thread: Poor After Sales Service OF Share Khan

Dear All Share khan Branch Manager

I am very much disapponited from Share Khan service since last 1 week

Your after sales service is ver bed as i am facing unlimited problem

I have given the application in the month of jan 09 i sumbited all the documents to your Relationsheep manager but after that i did not received any feedback after that now days i again opened my account so that account has opened but now it is showing locked i called to customer care & done all the formality for closing the old account.

if any one ask me to open a trading account i will never refer them for share khan

i had lost Rs 10000 becoz of this sharekhan & no one can compansate that i know

even i had not done sigle transaction since my new ac has opened

when i called to customer service they are not responding me even i called 1000 times they suggest me to file a complaint against share khan if problem not resolved in 24 hrs but till now i am facing the same problem

i know that i can not do anything becoz i am a small investor & share khan is only big name nothing else

plase close my old account as soon as possible

please look this matter very serously

Hope the Senior authority will look this matter very seroulsy & improve their service & also wish that which problem i faced that can not be happen with some one else otherwise he will loose the faith from Share Khan
