i am sudheer sharma from new delhi sir/mam i reside at a-100, raju park, deoli road,
khanpur, new delhi-62.

sir/mam in augest 2008 i applied for a remiser account in Ami Stock and share
brokers pvt. ltd. , address-Ami Stock And Share Brokers Pvt.Ltd

38 Old Marker Area, Mithapur

the said company demanded rs 55,000/- for the account so i paid the amount through
cheque no. 515817, dated 1/08/2008 drawn on icici bank the cheque was cleared on
8/08/2008 and after that the company didnt gave any positive response as a result in
january 2009 i asked the said company to refund my money but i am unable to recive
any satisfactory answer till date

please show me some way so that i can recover my money
