The Panel of Arbitrators in the Arbitration Matter No: F&O/M-0263/2008
between the Applicant, Mr. Vasudeen R. (Constituent), and the Respondent, M/s India Infoline Limited (Trading Member) gives Award as under:
I. The Respondent to pay the sum of Rs. 1,04,36,739.32 (Rs. One crore four lakhs thirty six thousand seven hundred thirty nine and paise thirty two only) to the Applicant.
II. The Respondent to pay interest @ 12% p.a. on the award amount of
Rs. 1,04,36,739.32 from date of filing revised claim i.e. November 6, 2008
III. The cost of arbitration shall be borne by the Applicant and the
Respondent equally.
IV. There in no award to any other costs.
V. The Award is signed and issued in three originals. NSE may retain the
stamped original and forward one original to each of the Applicant and
the Respondent
