I Gulshan Lal, having an Trading a/c with Arcedia Share & Stock
Brokers (Pvt.) Ltd. in their Laxmi Nagar Branch, whose Branch Manager is
Mr. Sudhir Badoni, I have open a Trading account in Equity segment and i
have given cheque only in equity segment for trading but Branch Manager
with the support of RMS dept. of Arcedia Share & Stock
Brokers (Pvt.) Ltd. cheated me and transfer my funds to their commodity
segment, which i given for equity trading without my knowledge and
permission, i am enclosing my bank passbook detail and commodity contract
note for your consideration. and doing unauthorised trading in commodity
segment for brokrage,and making loss in my a/c . I report this to Vice
President Mr. Puneet and Mr. Harry of Arcedia Share & Stock Brokers (Pvt.)
Ltd. in their Delhi Office but they are not taking my complaint seriously
and saying that they can;t do anything. in between Branch Manager Mr.
Sudhir Badoni left the company and Laxmi Nagar Branch is closed now. I have
given a cheque of Rs. 20000/- and when i ask for my ledger the people
sitting in Motinagar Branch which is Regional Office of Arcedia Share &
Stock
Brokers (Pvt.) Ltd. saying that nothing is in my a/c Branch Manager Mr.
Sudhir Badoni doing trading my in a/c and make loss my hard earned money of
Rs. 20000/- in equity and commodity segment. and Sr. Managment people who
are sitting in Delhi Regional Office Mr. Puneet and Mr. Harry doing nothing
to support me . even i have not got any contract note , now when i ask for
contrat note they send me by currior after more then a month of my trading
which should be delivered with in 24 hours of trading according to SEBI
rules. I am a senior citigen and i felt cheted i lost my money so i request
you to take this matter seriously and take some strict desicion on urgent
basis .
