I have a demat a/c with reliance money which i had opened in august 2008. while opening the a/c i had opted for PR 500 limit card which is valid for 1 year and a turnover of 5 lakh rs.
On march 31st 2009 they cut Rs. 2416 from my a/c giving the reason as limit card charges saying that in our system Bi-monthly card has been activated. After complaining several times they credit back my amount as i had opted for PR 500 which has a validity of 1 year. Again on april 3rd 2009 they cut another 500 rs from my a/c. this time again they gave the same reason. I have complained several times since then, even mailed them but i havent received any single response till now. Everytime i call them they say that it is still pending with the concerned authorities.
I have lodged a complaint in consumercomplaints, SEBI and customer grievance of Reliance money but still no solution. I just cant understand whom to consult now since no one is looking into this matter. please look into the matter. I am really fed up with reliance money for un-necessary deduction of money from the a/c and want to close my a/c with them.

Reliancem,oney is a seriously FRAUD company------------They r deducting money from customers without their knowledge

and when customers are complaining--they are harrassing them.

I request all to complaint against them in consumer forum.

I am having the account with account number p00063400. I have lost almost 50K just because of the technical flow in the system.
The issue is there are three order type, 1) Limit 2) Market 3) Stoploss. As the name suggests, the stop loss orders never get triggered and turn out to be the huge loss. And the hight is no body is accepting this apart from one word that it is a technical flow. I would like to know if anybody has faced this problem and whether I have right to be compensated for the loss i had suffered because of the reliance money software problem.

The thing is Reliance money had never accepted the problem and they had never informed the customer about the problem. This makes depository legaly as the defaulter for the service.

If anybody can give me some answer.
