This company is a real crook It has employees to rob money from clients and sub-brokers.
If asked for service related issues the people here blame it to software and nothing is in transparency.
All hidden charges with a load of extra taxes is charged to clients.
(Anil Dixit) Complaint officers here speaks like they are relative to all Police Members and take legal matters lamely.
When asked about the fraud money they stole from brokerage they say it has been NEFTed to the account but we don't have any details they ask for my statement instead of giving their own.
Time it takes for any service here is like light years as all employee here blame to each other and promised time by any member is like give me an hour or 3-4 working days but there wont be any response even after the committed time.
