Default lost money in a month

i have invested an amount of 53,000 in serial intervals and asked my stock broker not to trade until i say he agreed to it. But with out single contract note or a single call i was shocked to see my account came into -ve balance and customer service people called me up and told to pay amount. When i went to office manager said that that particular person is absconding. So plesase suggest me how can i recover my money .

    Hello,

Sale of Share: Complainant who hands over shares to the broker for sale is a consumer--Because the broker charges commission for sale of share and so the broker provides services for consideration.

Firstly just send a written notice to the broker and ask the reason of selling the share without your knowledge.
    Regards,
    Admin,
