Dear Sir,

This is with reference to your letter no. IIL/BSE/250209-A/225 dated 28.02.09. In this regards I have not agreed with my Broker (Indiainfoline) as follow:

1. You (Indiainfoline) have purchased 15 shares of Areva T & D on 8 September 2008 without my authorization & without sufficient balance & I have also made various complaint as under:

complaint to Mr. Prasan on dated 18.11.08 via Email.
complaint to Branch Manager on dated 21.11.08 & 02.12.08 via Email.
complaint to customercare (Ms. Nila) dated 03.12.08
complaint to Territory Manager Mr. Sandeep Arora on dated 29.12.08 & 05.01.09 via Email.complaint to customercare (Ms. Shweta) dated 19.01.09
complaint to customercare on dated 17.09.08 & 22.09.08 via Email.
Numbers of telephonic complaints by phone.
Complaint in Customer Complaint register at Branch office.

Every time you (indiainfoline) assure me that my complaint will be solved within a week & I am very surprise for your comment that trade was made by me wide letter dated 28.02.09. I request you please check the record & give the positive response.

A lot of time has been spend on this matter but till today i have not received any positive response from your side & i request you please solve this matter on priorty otherewise i will move to NSE/ SEBI & NSDL because i have no option.
