    Default Complaint against Indiabulls

    Sir,

    My complaint against Indiabulls. I lost Rs 65000/- due to trade (intra-day) made by
    my RM inspite of my refusal to do so. I made compliant against him to his manager
    and it has been decided that he (RM) will pay 45000/- on monthly installment of
    7000/- to 8000/- and he paid first month as agreed, but after that he asked me some
    time as he was facing some monitory problem, even I agreed for the same, but he has
    not paid the next installment for the long time, then I complained against him to
    Indiabulls customer care.

    After several mails and phone calls they didn’t gave me any solution till date.
    Request you for the justice.

    Reference to the above subject I Mr.Sandeep pundanor client of Indiabulls
    Securities Ltd (ID-PU6031) wishes to claim the compensation for the loss of 66000/-
    rs (approx), suffered on intra day trade made by my R.M. Mr Ragharandra Sing (ISL
    16341) working in Indiabulls Securities Ltd. Aoundh Branch Pune without my consent,
    in spite I refused to trade intra day on before to the day of trade.

    This is all happened on 9th 10th and 11th of May, trade has been made on
    NDTV and on NIFTY. Now my account showing debit balance of 25600/- (Approx) and I am
    getting daily mails for this.

    First I raised this issue with Manager of Aound Branch Mr Sunil, he tried
    to settle down the case between ourselves and took 1 week time, but I am not
    satisfied with the offer made by him of 45000/- in 8 installments without any bond
    paper or guarantee person, hence I am raising this with Indiabulls after taking
    suggestion from Indiabulls Securities helpline, without going to SEBI and Consumer
    court.

    I request you to settle this issue soon as possible; I am expecting refund
    of whole amount of 66000/- with the compensation amount for all incontinence
    suffered and losing amount which would be earned by this amount.

    Expecting quick response, reverd to if need more details.

    Bad service form HP customer care
    Dear sir/madam,

    I paid Rs.7500/- to a HP customer service centre (Sakinaka, Mumbai)for purchasing
    extended warranty of my new laptop on 5th Nov'08. I was supposed to get all
    documents related to warranty within 15 days of payment. But, till now I have not
    received any documents from them. I contacted them 12-15 times over phone. But their
    response is not adequate to solve my problem. I have the original payment bill.
    Kindly advise what to do?

    my complaint is ,

    as i have open my account 2 years back, and in between for around 1 year it was inactive.
    In may 09, R.M. of indiabulls (colaba) name: mr.Ayub. called me and requested to operate the account again saying with he will guide me in trading, and the brokerage will be as follows:

    (INTRADAY - ('5' Paise & in delivery -'30' Paise)
    but, from 1st june till yet the brokerage is overcharged as:

    INTRADAY - (10 paise & delivery -50 paise)
    daily he says,that your overcharged brokerage will be reversed and will credit to your account.

    but still, nothing is been done, inspite of several reminders.
    it will be very helpful for me,if you do the needful as early as possible.

    Default Complaint against India Bulls

    I became a new customer for India Bulls (DH26399) purely on the following
    terms
    1) No account opening charges
    2) Brokerage 10 Paise on delivery

    When the account opened I got the charges for

    Rs 900 for account opening while till date I am told the same would be
    reversed, but different officials are making different statements and asking
    for more business. Even the Chief Manager is involved

    Further I was made to trade into options which I was never intimated about
    charges and on asking for details they never provided. I was only made to
    learn that when I received a contract note. I made a profit of Rs 3000 and
    got a bill for brokerage for Rs 4000. Some officials committed that we will
    get the charges reverse and nothing happened till date

    Also the brokerage what was committed to be 10 Pase was charged at 50 Paise
    and no resolution has been provided. I shooted numerous mails to the
    helpdesk and they also never revert

    Further I am also ,asking a loss of Rs 14000 on dealing in options purely on
    the advice of the relationship manager with assured guarantee of making
    profit, but now the relationship managers are asking me to sell the product
    at loss as they would make their charges at the time I will sell the
    products. so this shows the team is only willing to inflate their trade
    volumes and innocent customer suffers they won't mind

    can anyone help me on this a I will never recommend such dealings

    This complaint is to inform you that RM of surat district is not performing their duties.I call them many time but he didnt receive call any time and if I ask about the trading information of brokerage then he refused to give us .This complaint is for that.we will wait for your favourable response.

    said amount was not credited to my account 298782.Again i complained to BSL and when i recd the statement from
    your gurgaon office a/c no 1202990003088152 for the period 01-10-2010 to 31-12-2010 the said entry was seen in the sheet but the same does not still reflect in my a/c 298782 with your panjai branch ntill date. since the amount involved is large and matter is still not settled please look into the problem at the earliest

    Default complaint for indiabulls securities ltd

    To who so ever it may concern my complaint against Indiabulls agents who were of no help. My Indiabulls trading account 537446 since 07-Dec-2010.
    When I owned an account your agents assured me that they will come and explain as how the Indiabulls website works and how to do the trading online. Also we had multiple telephonic conversations about the same, but none of the agents showed up.
    Now, I have received an email stating that “in case no trade is executed through your trading account before 08-DEC-11 the account will be deactivated”
    No trading is been done because, No one showed up on explaining how to do the online trading, We also requested them asking if there is any account number where I can transfer money and your agents can do the trading behalf of me. They had no answer for this.
    I also asked them if I can do the trading over the telephone itself. They had no answer for this. I am still contacting Indiabulls agents but every time they been giving some or the other unacceptable reasons.

    Default Cheating about Indiabulls Panvel

    Dear Sir,

    I am Mr Mahadev Jogdhankar booked a 3 BHK flat -1633 Sq ft ( Y 304 ) in IndiaBulls panvel in February 2010,Till date i have paid @ 2200000/- ( Twenty two lacks rupees ) ,after reciving the letter from indiabulls office regarding the registration of the flat in the month of July,11,I had visited to their Elphistone office with my family on saturday i.e 19/11/11 & met Mrs Ekta Manchanda – GM Customer care but she said due to change in layout & Design they can not allot me a flat & asking me to take the money back after two years when reality prices are double . we have invested huge amount of money after selling my flat in Kharghar & Fixed deposit .I have all the payment receipt of 22 lacs which I have paid to them till date.

    I had booked a flat at the cost of 2900 rs per sq.ft 2 years back & now the prices has increased to 4500 /- per sq.ft.I had booked a flat in Indiabulls thinking of their brand & reputation but I got shocked when they allotting flat to me & twisting my arms & playing with my hard earned money.

    On 2-12-11 in Times of india India bulls has given a big add for 3 BHK flat availability with 50 % construction completed ,no interest & Floor rise waived ,India bulls playing with my hard earned money and taking me for granted..
    I will be grateful if you can advice/help him to get justice.
