This is to inform you that I have been Religare's customer for last 2 years
with ac code DH 402 in shimla.
The brokerage decided is .2 % on delivery and .02 % on intraday.
I have asked my dealer to buy 700000 share of cals refinary @0.46 Rs
and clearfied it whether there is some extra charge on buying these after getting confirmation in NO i told them to buy.

Now this contract note says I have been charged a bro. of 14000 rs which is 4.34 % of transaction. I can not be a fool to initiate a transaction where I have to pay 9 % brokerage.

When I wrote them they gave answer " that it was minimum and contact branch"

Pls guide how to file a case in consumer court against them.

they have stated that brokerage is 0.2% with minimum of 0.02 rs per scrip so 700000*.02=14000
