I was coordinating with a Mr. Vishal Shah from Edelweiss pertaining to opening a trading account.

During my correspondence with him, I was informed by Mr. Vishal Shah vide his emails dt. Thu 26-11-2009 and Thu 03-12-2009 in which it was confirmed to me and I quote as follows;

1 Email subject product description dt. Thu 26-11-2009
Point # 3 You will also be getting benefit of our five day product whereby which you can hold your position for five days without paying money.
2 Email subject brokerage plans dt. Thu 03-12-2009
Five day product will be available to you throughout your association with us.

Based on these I opened an account with Edelweiss and now when i wanted to trade my orders get rejected.

Upon contacting him, I was replied back by a Mayank Modi who stated that five day product is not for all scrips its just for few scrips, also after 2 day you would be charged interest on debit outstanding at rate of 18%perannum for the rest 3 days)

I informed them since these important facts were intentionally not communicated to me, I want to close my account with them and that they should refund my deposit of Rs 4950.00/- but there is complete silence on their part - no replies from Mr. Modi, their Helpdesk
