I hold shares of Bayer Cropsciences.
I did not receive the annual report.
I complained twice to the company but no response.
I submitted complaints to SEBI, BSE and Mon. of Corp Affairs.
Only SEBI responded and informed that they do not handle such complaints and forwarded to MCA.

Can I complaint in Coinsumer forum?
