Dear Consumer Court
I had a tough time with SBI CAPS. I will recommend everyone to not to use or apply for SBI Demat account. If any one can wait for more than 3-6 months then they can think off.
I applied 2 months back and nothign was done to it. I used to call everyday 3-4 times for 1.5 months and still my A/C was not opened. Infact people of SBI CAPS ignored and just neglected my calls or mail. The same was done even by the Dy. Coordinatior who was the head. Ecen talking to himn over the phone he assured that my A/C will be opened. But nothing happened.
Please beware of SBI Demat, As they have very bad suport team and no process to track your Application. Even they cancel or reject you application because they cant see your photo in the pan card because they have high power glasses.

After repeated phones and mails my words havenot been heard by your dept. I think this is high time even after talking to Mr John (Dy Coordinator) who assured that my issue wil be klooked into the same day but till now its has been long time but nothing has been done.
Miss Pranya, said that she will look into the issue but even after calling after 10 times she doesnt pick the xcall or doesnt respond.
If your executive doesnt know then they should guide the customers properly atleast.
This is really high time and this is crossing the paitence limit. If this is not gonna solve my problem then I have to go to consumer court.
I wish that my mail will be rersponded in 24 hrs.

I gave a call to your customer care and i wante dto speak to the manager and the executive named Shiv Prasad just said that he cant connect me to the Manager or his head and immediately he hanged the phone over my face. Is this the way to deal with your customer. I have been treated the same way for last 1.5 months.
Now this is really humiliating. I request the concerned head to please take necessary steps on this. As may be there are other customers who aere facing the same problem but they are not able to raise their voice.

I have be trying to follow up daily 3-4 times regarding my Demat account and trading account. But No one picks my call or take my call seriously. It has been 1.5 months and Nothing is happening to my account. I applied my form on 14th Jan 2010 and till now only demat account has opened. I am totally frustated as for the reason i wanted to open a account is of no more use. IF this is the service provided from SBI Caps then i dont know how many people will turn up.
