We had a fixed deposit with Morepan Labs which was convertable into shares . However the shares issued are less than the principle amount. we have sent several emails, but have not received a revert from them.
The email has been forwarded to Rahul Singh, but he has not replied.
Please help. the below is the draft of emails sent to him .

I have received the share certificate which mentions an incorrect Principle FD amount. The Principle FD amount as on 30/06/08 is Rs 15,000, however the certificate mentions Principle FD amount as on 30/06/2008 as Rs. 10545.50. Please find the details below.

Please note that the scheme was non cumulative for the period 30/03/2002 to 30/03/2003.
