MyNameis Kundan lal Sharma and I have deposit 10000 rs in favour of Krishna Stocks ICICI Bank account.I got a call from Krishna Stocks Employee Mr. SAnkalp Bajaj and Mr. Mahesh.after depositing money i did not receive any call from their side and after calling mr. sankalp he gave me junk call and i lost 20Kmy cell no. is 9953071501 and we have to take a strict action for these fraud peoples

I also a got the same kind of message and call from exec from Krishna stocks. Thought of going for it, later some how dropped it. Now I see on the google and there is a clear picture of them.

First of all i am sorry to hear that you too have been cheated. It is a pity that even though many others who have been cheated has posted their complaints, no new clients to the Krishna stocks are not esacaped from the fraud practices of the canvassing executives like Hardik Sharma, Rohit Agarwal, Sankalp bajaj, Mahesh, Sekhar, Alkesh, Mehul, yadhav ( I dodnt know how many more fraud people they have) etc.

So please spread your case to all you know by Orkut, Facebook, Blogs, Other Groups, by email, to similar consumer complaint forums etc etc so that we can save at least some poor clients from falling into the traps of these bastards. You can also lodge a complaint with the cyber cell of the police so that some thing may turn out.

You can also register a complaint with SEBI so that we can hope some day someone from the higher ups may take some action against these fraud people and this fraud company.

I come to know that krishna stock now started their business locally giving local reference and all reference people are teir agent. They take confidence of investor by local language. In Hyderabad there are so many agents. I tell all viewer dont fall in their trap dont invest. I think their firm also not register because their register No. not reflected on their website. They hve big network with local police. You cant do any thing against them, they have so much confidence. So friend dont trap in it. They send SMS about stock and first two three days it will right and when u put money it will all wrong they intensionally put ur money in wrong stock and they make money other way.

I have been cheated by Krishna Stocks company located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Details are Below:

I have received a message on 15may2010, saying that if I invest Rs.20000 money in their Company, in one month they will pay me Rs.70000. Based on that message and multiple confirmations from their executive((His name is sheika No.09737288404) I have deposited the amount in the following given account. Intially the executive use to pretend saying that my stocks are positive and I will get my money back and tells me to call on 30th day. When reached the maturity time he absconded. When I call at that number Some body use to lift the phone, I use to explain abou the agreement and they say that my money is safe and will be deposited to my account soon. It happend for 30days. . fooled by giving wrong information.

Finally I realsied and thought to raise a complaint with Consumer Court, so that you will bring the issue to light and sue those people who have invloved.

Two month back I have put Rs. 30000/- in Krishna Stock but till now they have not sent any receipt and when I call them they never picking up phone. Actually two month back, . i have transfered Rs 30, 000 online from ICICI bank vide ref No.0161720264 favoring Krishna Stocks; dated 23.06.2010;
and they assaured that you will get Rs. 1, 00, 000.00.
After that i got many stock related message but after some timer they stopped automatically.
when i tried to contact Sankalp, Aarti ( code 21) but no body is picking up the phone.

Like me they have cheated so maney people in greater amount money. please take legal action on them.

Krishna Stocks is a Fraud Company and they make money by cheating people living at distant places, One has to deal with the junior guys in the company who are hardly 10 or 12th passed. Krishna Stocks is not a professional company and does not have any business model, people working in Krishna Stocks are hardly educated. No point is publishing names of the people whom you have dealt with a they might not be their real names, everybody claims to be a chairman of the company or the partner of the company.
