    Default Kotak Securities Looting the customer

    Dear Sir,

    I hold Demat Account with Kotak Securities (IN300214). I have bought through the demat account Escorts shares 2000 shares @102.725 on 29th Sept. 2009 and sold next day under bnst scheme @ 111/- and I have the contract notes sent to me.

    But instead of treating it under bnst they have waited and send and debit note with 150% and went for auction and debited me again for 2000 shares @ 111/- on 6th Oct. 2009. This is completely firstly they have not treated and taken from my demat account despite having 4000 shares and secondly they have auctioned at a price which the script have never went.

    Please help on this.

    I WAS AN ACCOUNT HOLDER OF KODAK. MY CLIENT ID WAS EFW64 & DP ID WAS 14334315. USER ID WAS DEB69-1.WHEN I CLOASED MY A/C THERE WAS A CREDIT BALANCE OF RS.631.81.     Default Wrong commitment and guidance with negligence resulting in loss of Rs.50000

    I have a trading account with Kotak securities Ltd at golabari branch - trading account no - HXNU6 in the names of Kusum Agarwal. This branch is managed by Mr Siddharth and Mr Manish. They have given the wrong guidance and made me purchased the shares nd nifty call at the highest value assuring me it will yeild positive return. On seeing the negative repurcusion i always advised them to keep the stop loss so that loss is minimised but they never care for that at last all the call value turned into zero. They assured me at that time they will make my losses good.

    But all there committments went in vain. They never cared for the profit and loss in my account as KSL was earning high brokerage from me. Mr Siddharth started to deal in Call and put so that he make my losses good which was first generated due to loss in shares. He said me that he will be taking extra precaution while dealing. Seeing the full last year I came to a conclusion that your people are destroying the name of KSL. KSL earned double the amount of my losses. I had near about 10 trading account in your KSL from last 2 1/2 years but none of the acount ever yeilded any profit but incurred only losses which shows that your staff only cared for brokerage but never for client.

    Please see the matter and try to make my losses good.
