Dear sir,

I would like to complaint against Sherkhan Ltd. that, they had open my account free of cost for one year and said that after one year we will ask you that you are ready to continue this account or not, but they have no any call & mail for asking for contiuation of account. I would like to say since starting i did not any transation in this account, as i also mailed to him after receiving their mail for debiting annual charges and also told to their executive many time that kindly closed my account, but the account is continue at their end.
I many time request through mail and called to kindly reverse all charges and close my Dp & trading account at the earliest please.
As per their mail & attached format, i fill up the account closure form and send back to their address as per instruction given, but the company has refused the account closure application due to the reson that "Client having Dr. balance of Rs. 832.36 in Dp account so we are unable to close DP and trading account."

I request to you that kindly help me and give the instruction for reverse all charges and close my account.
