dear sir
i had opened a demat account with sharekhan power broker.i transfered some shares from my fathers acounts to mine.i never instructed him for any trading.but without my knowledge and written consent he traded my shares,when i inquired about the same i got shocked to see that my balance is in negative.i lost around 70000/-in one go and also the same shaare today woukd have fetched mr around 180000/- so my loss is of 180000/- after numerous mails to sharekhan they tell me to resolve it with the broker,the broker is in no mood to accept his fault and says that i had instructed him for all the deals and has told me to do whatever i want he does not care.
