I Paid course fee of 17,100 for advance J2ee course to software training institute named cegonsoft. The course duration is 1.5 months course(2 hours/day) which includes theory ,practical session with project, certificate and placement assistant .
The institute could not arrange proper faculty throughout the course (within 3 weeks they changed 2 trainer ). Somehow they rushed up and took brief intro on theory. But the practical/project never took place because lack of trainer facility. Since there is no trainer to assist in practical they ask me continue once the faculty is appointed and the centre manager promised me that she will inform me in few weeks. but they never contacted me so Last week I called them to enquire about my incomplete course and shocked to know that they are shifting to other place and couldn’t contact the manager for few days since she was out of Chennai then after a week only I was able to contact her but she was too rude to me she said that she is not responsible for the practical session for which they have charged and cant arrange trainer anymore.
I requested for refund since this course is not yet completed and was stopped in between ,but she is not willing to refund


The actual course took place for just lesser than 3 weeks irregular days(1 + hours/day ) instead for 1.5 months(2 hours/day) since the trainer was engaged with other project students , they were unable to take the class continuously(lot of breaks in between).


Same course was offered in other institute for Rs 7000 but I paid 17,100 to Cegonsoft institute because of their fake promise to provide me with real time project/training since they said that they are specialised in software training and also they will give a brush up on j2ee course which is compliment along with this course which they never took.


Now the centre manager lie that the course was completed and she cant arrange trainer for theory/practical/project/placement/certificate, I am greatly disappointed with their attitude.
The institute is neither willing to refund nor complete the course
