Dear sir,

This is to inform u that,bharathmatrimoney site has takem money from the credit card of me with out my knowledg.the incident happend is mentioned below.

i had a classic plus account with bharathmatrimoney.com and it got expired on jan-2012,and i didnt want to renew that account as i have to pay another fee for renewel so i didnt do that.

but today(29/1/2011) i seen my credit card staement and seen that they have taken 90usd from my credit card with out my knwoldege and i got surprised.so i contacted there customer service and asked about this so they said that they have send a mail to my id that they are going to renew my account automaticaly if u dont want press cancel in the attached link.but i didnt see that mail that day(11/1/2012).now they are saying that they cant refound my amount as i used there service,and finaly after a long argument they said that they can pay 50%of the payment they taken..but i didnt accept that...kindly help me out for getting this full amount back...my question is that ..is it legely valid if they taken money from my credit card with out i requesition??? by just sending a intimation mail...what r the possiblities legely to get my amount back...or pls tell me to whom should i contact for getting this amount back??
