Hello there,

I'm admin of Unique Tour & Travel, Sehore and i'm using The Smart Shop since more than 1 year, everything was going well but one day (on 17-Jan) i deposited amount (16,000 Rs) for balance in company's bank account (Axis:A/C 424010200019017) and after that i submitted bank details to get my credit but it was not updated and i have called customer care but they all told me that amount will be credit within 15min but after 5 days its still pending.

Due to lack of balance i couldn't book ticket and i got large business loss. Many times i took help from sister companies but its not the solution.
Today (22-Jan) still my balance pending and The Smart Shop team not taking me seriously that why i decide to complaint.

I have proof that how many times i contact customer care for this issue.

Looking forward for justice.
