    To whom it may concern,

    Last year i bought a dell XPS 1645 with a 3 year warranty (thank god). Since then till 2day , i have changed my latop twice and had over 20 visits from dell because of issues in the third one. all [COLOR=#009900 !important]conversations[/COLOR] are [COLOR=#009900 !important]record[/COLOR] and are with dell if [COLOR=#009900 !important]required[/COLOR]. last evening a new [COLOR=#009900 !important]monitor[/COLOR] came to fix the [COLOR=#009900 !important]microphone[/COLOR] . A [COLOR=#009900 !important]technician[/COLOR] , (I have his name, number) came and left after 2 hours saying "I cannot do anything, dell is not helping me also, i do not want to hear here, i wanna go home as i am getting late." he ran to the gate as i went up fr a min without giving his name or slip , i had to run and catch him to get his name and number,(this was also witnessed by my guard).

    2day i spoke to ravindran m from dell and he actually wanted me to fix the problem over the fone . can u imagine that. their technician cldnt do it and he wasnt ready to send another person until i tried to solve it over the fone knowing this is my 3rd laptop and has already had 20 visits and its only been a year or so since i bought my first laptop, i jus hung up and i am tired, frustrated and helpless with this laptop.

    can some1 actually tell me a legal way to solve this problem with dell am facing. they would be compensated as well.

    Default Onida LEXINI 32 inch LCD TV - Poor Service

    I bought an Onida Lexini LCD TV in August 2007 from Shimoga, Karnataka. The TV Cost was 48,000.00 then.Today morning when i switched on the Tv, it was unable to show picture but sound is there. I was shocked and sent the same for Onida Service Centre, Shimoga. And, Late evening recieved a call from ONIDA sale person saying LCD Panel has a problem and panel is unable to replace as company is not producing the Panels. He insisted me to buy a new one and said they will discount some amount for this old one. If a company not able supply spares then its a shame to the whole Company. My sincere request to the buyers around the world not to BUY ONIDA MAKE PRODUCTS.


    I want Onida to take this responsibility! Well, when a customer has invested approximately 50K for a TV and it goes dead in 3 years and odd months and with this kind of negligent sales and service, will anyone with little sense would ever buy an ONIDA Products? Our loyalty towards Onida has gone down the drain! I will not keep my mouth shut but will advertise this poor quality and service of Onida to hundreds and thousands unless Onida responds to me immediately. What is the way to seek legally?
