hi my self suhas sakhare, i having business of water purifier sales and service, so i was purchased success sales software from mr. sachin sanghavi , borivali mumbai, i was received two cds, one for 32 bit, second one of 64 bit, so i was installed 32 bit in my laptop, my ghansoli office desktop, and my andheri office desktop, and i was installed 64 bit software in my partner's laptop, every computer having different operating system as below my laptop = windows 7 ultimate ghansoli office desktop = windows 7 ultimate andheri office = windows xp My partner laptop = windows 7 home basic every computer having different operating system, and installed by different cd's, success sales software having compablity issues, it's not able to generate any report, after purchasing software on 20/09/11, i was done daily followup to mr. sachin after 15 days they sent one person for training the same person who install the software on purchasing date, he is also fail to solve to my issue, then he called his office and reply received from office that they are going to forward new cd to clear the problem. so next 10 days i was done follow up for new cd still date i was not received any cd or solution, but on 26th day i was called the success sales office again, that time i got mobile no. of Mr.Jigar , he is also promise me to send the new cd, and he told me that there is no. problem in his software problem in laptop operating system or another way to install missing crviewer.dll file so as per his instruction i was download missing crviewer.dll file and installed in my operating system but that time i found that the file is already present in my operating system means there is error in success sales softwar but still i obey his request to i need to uninstall software and need to install it again so on 2 nd i was uninstall the software and installed it again, but i found same error in software, and after one day software is locked and asking for activation code, so as per information got from mr. Jigar i was sent mail from my mail id (admin@aquapureservice.com) on mail@psindia.com on Friday, 21 October 2011 1:26 PM so as per Rule of success sales customer must received activation code on same or with in 24 four hours, i am not received it till 24/10/11 so i was sent another request by my mail id (suhas1892@gmail.com) to mail@psindia.com & code@psindia.com on date Mon, Oct 24, 2011 at 1:29 PM. so still today 26/10/2011 i am not received any mail or any call by successales (powerstream) so i want to ask consumer counrt that i can agree that it is possible that one computer is having software error, how is possible that other 3 three computer which having different operating system and installed by different cd/dvd's, mean there is no problem in computer. but error in software, so for prove error in cd's i can able to provide cd which having the error, purchase bill copy, mail send for request of activation code by both mail id. so with this i want to know what types of action i need to take after 35 days of purchase of software software is not working yet with his full function. if company is having error in software then why they are selling me error software. so please let me know my rights and which type of action i need to take again power stream
