Sir,
My father had booked the parcel (house hold items) vied receipt No.N93272241 from LONDON(U.K) to Thiruvananthapuram (kerala) on 09th-September-11. The courier company had delivered that parcel at DTDC Thiruvananthapuram Branch on 02-October-10 however at time receipt of parcel have open the parcel on front of DTDC staff and observed the main item is missing inside the parcel same was informed to local staff also.
Have registered my complaint to booking place and even DTDC head office in main so many times but still have not received any response or ensure form them.
Hence, I would like to register my complaint against DTDC Courier co.
