Hi,
I have take one membership, where in I paid 25000 membership charges. Initially they told me that if i m unable to pay 25000 in one month, i can pay by installment, where in I have to Pay 25000 (by Credit card) every month & they will give it back by cheque. like this i have paid 75000 by credit card, for which they gave me 2 cheques of 25000, but both got bounce due to insufficient amount, Like this they have given me 4 times cheques but everytime it got bounce. Total 4month over but till now i have not received single amount from them. Now what kind of steps i can take against them??

hi .m a visual effect artist i worked for movie.after the completion i got my payment in check of 8,000 rs.wen i went to the bank they said (this acount has no balance)n it was bounced.now wat shoud i do.if i call them they r not responding.
and they gave me the check on 12th april but due to some reasons i had to collect it on 23rd april.now wat steps shoud ui take.pleaese reply
