    Unhappy airtel cheating the costumers

    dear sir
    i'm arul from mangalore. i own an airtel connection. on 27/7 and 28/7, i got a message from the service provider saying recharge with rs.150 and get 150 talktime and 15 minutes airtel to airtel calls free. tempted by this offer, i recharged my account. but i havent got the 15 minutes free talktime. today (31/7) i called the costumer care to enquire about this. but as soon as i told them about this problem, they disconnected my call. this happened thrice. thus i felt a need to inform you. please guide me in this regard.

    Default complaint against the reliance executives, allahabad

    Dear sir/madam,
    I Purchased a new RGSM SIM from Reliance World. Civil Lines, Allahabad at about 8-10 days ago. As the reliance executive asked me to submit a id proof, 1 photo as wall as Rs. 77/-. But today on 31/07/09 my prepaid reliance GSM mobile number 9850434061 outgoing calls has been barred on saying that i didn't give any id proof. But when i convenced them they are saying that give your mobile no. we will forward your complain to check whether you submitted any id proof or not, but it will take 3-4 days or a week to activate your mobile number.
