Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia C1-O1 to Nokia Care in tilak nagar opposite BK. jewellers Branch for display broken
On 4/06/2011 From there and i had
collected my handset on 6 june 2011 but it was not working . When I visited the
Nokia Care branch..They again took two days and gave it to me to check the working
condition. When i opened the Handset , I found the that its in d same condition which was before
. and this is d fifth tym i gave them nd got it today but the condition is same

I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and but sorry to say that the service of
Nokia which they provide to the customers is really pathetic...
