I have just got an email from INFOCON company for job,they are asking me to give rupees 1000/- for job.I want to ask that if a company is not fake then why they will ask to pay money for selection process!If it is needed then they will deduct it from employee's salary.I want to know that is this INFOCON is a fake company or not.

Hi Dipayan,

Infocon is not a software company.
It is a sort of training institute or consultancy which takes money from you saying that it will provide you placement assistance.

We also daily get around 5-6 mails from such comapnies stating that this a JOB SELECTION ORDER.
In those mails, INFOCON is also one of them.
They just take money from you first saying that this is for registration.
Then again after sometime they will ask money for registering your resume in their company as a trainee.
Then they will ask for the training fees saying that after this training they will absorb you in the same company or their client will hire you.
After when the training completes they will again ask for money So that they can send your resumes to their parent company's HR and their client company's HR.

Overall if you see then actually they are not giving you salary but you are feeding yourself as well as them.

You cannot do anything for such companies and organisations but just can apply a Filter in your INBOX for the Subj as JOB SELECTION ORDER.
