i have got the cd on 17th june morning around 10 to 11 and its working and but one thing i want to tell is give customers proper answers instead of making them call again and again !

i am living near charni road i had bought a cd KILLZONE few days before it was PS2's CD i tried to play it on my PS2 but it didnt work it showed cd nt supported so i called at number 42764000 and i spoke to Mr.Gaurav as he had told me to curior the cd i did it by 8th june and today i have been continuosly calling at milestone (andheri west) but someone said CD is not checked yet and Mr.Gaurav is busy in meeting again when i called he told me Mr.gaurav came late he is having lunch and once again i tried but didnt get proper rply.What should i do now ?
2nd day at 5.00 i called at milestone again i got answer that Mr.Gaurav is in meeting i have lost trust in this milestone
date 10th june
3rd day 11th june around 11 i called at milestone i got an answer that Mr.Gaurav is not here he will come on monday everytime i call either he is in meeting or he is having lunch or he is out. Please somebody help me out
