Hi sir we are working on aegis bpo lucknow (hazratganj) we are unhappy to h.r policy agents need a yearly salry increasment but senior told we are not give any apreasel ......some problem any agent not come any reason then salary go on hold. Any agent ask cross question then company give leave......(fire) this is so smal problem any worker done great job but no pramostion only girls promotion these girls not a good job but senior want a any girl come with alone and give pramotion..........we are helpless........pls try and take action.. I was an late employee of port View Nursing Home Pvt ltd. address:- 7 no Dr, Sudhir Bose Road (near fancy Market Khidderpor) Kolkata-700023 phone no:- 033 24598430, 03324598431. the properitor of this nursing home have taken an tender in Duranto Express Para-Medical staff.

Due to some illegal treatment in our Nursing Home, the income level was very low, no such patient was addmited in our Nursing Home so now the properitor decide to send the duplicate doctors in Duronto Express.I mean all the Doctors and para-medical staff are not certified by Goverment of india certificate. By that she well get more benifet.

Eastern Railways and SouthEastern Railways Employee are known all this peoples are duplicate (who are para-medical staff) but they still have to manage the tender with our Port View Nursing Home Properitor.(through back hand payment).

Not only this the properitor of the organigation was not paying the salary to this Nursing Home Employees(ESI holder) and Doctors (MBBS) for about last two to three months. even she use her political Mucesules Power to stop that employee who are protest against this illegal behaviours.

dear sir or madam i would be like ask you that will it be fare to this employee who are coming from very low economic class.
