I have joined CSC and worked for 1 and half month, intially they promised for development since i have 4 years of develpment experience, after joining they asked to work for support and testing and i am not satisfied with the work so i complaint on the first day itself, after a month and half since nothing got changed , and my mother is not feeling well so i spoke to csc manager and csc manager that i want to go out , csc manager ask me to speak to client manager and do the same .(client manager agreed and releived me on the same day) and i send a mail to manager that my mother case is severe and if i am not able to join in three weeks consider as my termination(this mail also i have sent because they forced me to come to join after three weeks)
But even properly relieved from csc client , csc considered my termination as abscond, and ask me to pay 1 lakh for the same.
Because of CSC i lost my previous job, so how to proceed on on this
